Autex was already firmly positioned as a leader in acoustics and insulation. Now, they were ready to move into natural fibres and unveil a wool product that was kind to people and the planet, while contributing to beautifully designed built spaces. At the same time, the company’s focus on R&D - particularly when it comes to true sustainability - had a new home: Autex Future Lab. They needed to leverage these announcements to establish themselves as the gold standard in global manufacturing and design.
One Plus One was enlisted to plan the launch of this new platform ‘Autex Future Lab’ and its first product, Embrace (a sustainable wool panel). We created a comprehensive plan for a launch event, including venues, catering, creative direction, and speakers. We developed comms such as key messages, FAQs and briefings, and had dedicated PR activity to further amplify the launch, including media training their spokespeople. A Stuff journalist attended the event and broke the story, and we placed our media release across business and trade media alongside impactful interviews. This contributed to cementing Autex’s position as an industry leader and primed both audiences and stakeholders for future innovations.
